The website https://0network.xyz, any of its subdomains, related emails, mobile applications, and application programming interfaces (APIs) (the "Site" or the "Service") are operated by Zeromatrix OÜ (hereinafter "ZERO") and provide access to a social online platform designed for communication, publication of user-generated content, and interaction between users. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ZERO.

ZERO does not provide financial, investment, lending, or trading services. The Service may allow users to make voluntary financial contributions to support the development and maintenance of ZERO. Such contributions do not constitute investments, deposits, financial instruments, or securities.

Access to and use of the Service are governed by these Terms of Service. By using the Service in any manner, including browsing content, creating an account, or interacting with other users, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, without any limitations or reservations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service incorporate by reference and include the Privacy and Cookie Policy and the Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, users agree to comply with all applicable policies, including the Privacy and Cookie Policy and the Community Guidelines.

XRO

1. are not money, currency, financial assets, electronic money, securities, or cryptocurrency;
2. have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or equivalents;
3. may be purchased only from ZERO through payment methods made available within the Service;
4. may not be sold;
5. may not be freely transferred between users and may only be transferred between users through specific features expressly made available by ZERO, including Super Likes;
6. may not be withdrawn or transferred outside the Service.

XRO does not represent money, stored monetary value, ownership interest, or any right to receive money or other monetary value from ZERO.

ZERO may:

1. establish and modify the rules for awarding XRO for user activity and engagement and suspend or discontinue such XRO awards;
2. adjust a user's XRO balance where necessary to process a refund, payment reversal or chargeback, correct a technical or accounting error, address fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable law.

Users may use XRO to send Super Likes to User Content posted by other users. Each Super Like costs one (1) XRO. When a Super Like is sent, one (1) XRO is deducted from the sender's XRO balance and credited to the XRO balance of the user who posted the relevant User Content.

Super Likes are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the sender. XRO used to send a Super Like are not returned to the sender.

XRO are provided "as is" and do not create any expectations, guarantees, or obligations on the part of ZERO, including expectations of retention, accumulation, or future value.

Users may purchase XRO from ZERO using payment methods made available within the Service. The amount of XRO and the applicable price are displayed to the user before the purchase is confirmed. Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Purchased XRO are credited to the user's XRO balance following successful payment.

Where required by applicable consumer protection law, users may exercise a statutory right of withdrawal in relation to purchased XRO within the applicable withdrawal period. Where XRO attributable to the relevant purchase remain unused, any applicable refund will be determined based on the unused XRO attributable to that purchase and processed in accordance with applicable law. Completed Super Likes are not reversed, and XRO previously credited to other users as a result of completed Super Likes are not deducted from those users.

If a payment for purchased XRO is reversed, charged back, or otherwise cancelled outside the withdrawal and refund procedure described in Section 3.8, ZERO may make a corresponding adjustment to the user's XRO balance. Such adjustment does not reverse completed Super Likes or deduct XRO previously credited to other users. If the adjustment results in a negative XRO balance, the user may not use XRO until the balance becomes positive. Any XRO subsequently awarded, received, or purchased may first be applied toward the negative balance. ZERO may temporarily restrict the purchase or use of XRO while a payment dispute or chargeback is pending.

The Service may provide users with the option to make voluntary financial contributions to support the development, operation, and maintenance of ZERO.

Contributions are entirely voluntary and do not grant contributors any ownership rights, equity, profit participation, voting rights, financial return, preferential treatment, enhanced features, or any other benefit within the Service.

Contributions are not investments, securities, loans, deposits, crowdfunding instruments, or financial products of any kind.

Contributions may be made as:

1. one-time payments; or
2. recurring monthly contributions.

Recurring contributions may be canceled at any time via the payment provider's interface. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for past payments.

Contributions are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

All payments are securely processed by independent third-party payment providers. ZERO does not store or process payment card details.

By making a contribution, the user confirms that the payment is voluntary and made solely to support ZERO.

Users retain all rights to the User Content they create, post, send, or otherwise make available through the Service.

By posting, sending, or otherwise making User Content available through the Service, the user grants ZERO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise technically use such User Content solely for the operation, maintenance, development, and promotion of the Service, for the duration the content remains available in the Service.

The user represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions to post, send, or otherwise make available User Content and that such content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

The user bears full responsibility for the User Content they post, send, or otherwise make available through the Service. ZERO does not conduct prior review of User Content and is not responsible for its content, accuracy, or legality.

ZERO may, at its discretion, remove, restrict access to, or otherwise take action with respect to any User Content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

The Service allows users to communicate through private chats, including by exchanging text messages, voice messages, and other supported content. Private messages are intended for private communication between users.

The Service may organize certain incoming communications as message requests. Message requests may appear separately from other chats until they are accepted by the recipient.

Accepting, declining, closing, hiding, or removing a chat affects the status or visibility of the chat within the Service and does not, by itself, delete messages associated with that chat. Messages may remain stored unless they are separately deleted using the applicable message deletion functionality.

ZERO does not conduct continuous or systematic monitoring, prior review, or moderation of private messages. However, ZERO reserves the right to access message content in the following cases:

1. upon receipt of a substantiated user complaint;
2. where there are indications of violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
3. where necessary to ensure user safety or the proper functioning of the Service;
4. upon lawful request by governmental authorities.

Users are fully responsible for the content of their messages and agree not to use private messages or chats for:

1. distribution of illegal content;
2. threats, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech;
3. distribution, promotion, or soliciting sexual or adult content;
4. fraudulent or misleading activities;
5. spam or malicious materials;
6. circumvention of Service restrictions or prohibited actions.

ZERO may take measures regarding messages and chats, including message removal, restriction of chat functionality, or account suspension, where necessary to comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Users acknowledge that internet communications cannot be completely secure or confidential and communicate at their own risk.

Access to certain features of the Service may require creating an Account. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it current.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including login details and authentication tools, and for all actions performed using their Account.

Users must promptly notify ZERO of any unauthorized access to their Account or other security breaches.

ZERO may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication, login attempt limits, and other technical safeguards to enhance Service security.

ZERO is not responsible for losses or consequences resulting from unauthorized access to a user's Account caused by the user's actions or failure to comply with these Terms.

ZERO may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a user's Account and Service features, including the accrual or use of XRO, in cases of violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

The Service may allow users to select an account type, including but not limited to "entrepreneur", "creator", "influencer", or "expert".

The selection of an account type is informational and functional only and does not grant users any financial, legal, or other privileges, guarantees, or special rights unless expressly stated otherwise.

Account type does not affect the legal status of users, the nature of the relationship between users and ZERO, and does not imply employment, agency, partnership, or any other contractual relationship.

ZERO may modify, rename, supplement, or discontinue support for account types and their features at any time without prior notice.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or who have reached any higher minimum age required by applicable law. By creating an Account, the user confirms that they meet the applicable age requirement.

Users who do not meet the applicable age requirement are not permitted to create an Account or use the Service.

ZERO does not independently verify users' age unless such verification is required by applicable law or implemented as part of the Service.

If ZERO becomes aware that a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, ZERO may take appropriate measures, including restricting access to the Service and deleting the Account and related data to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.

Users must comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and applicable law when using the Service.

Prohibited content and behavior include, but are not limited to:

1. illegal content or activities;
2. threats, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or violence;
3. spam, deceptive, or fraudulent activities;
4. infringement of intellectual property rights;
5. sexually explicit or adult content, including pornography;
6. attempts to bypass technical or functional Service restrictions.

ZERO may moderate User Content and user actions using automated and/or manual means. Users acknowledge that moderation decisions may be taken automatically and without prior notice.

In case of violations, ZERO may apply measures including content removal, restriction of access, temporary suspension, termination of Service access, and restriction of access to Service features.

ZERO provides users with mechanisms to appeal or request review of certain moderation decisions in accordance with the Community Guidelines and applicable law. The scope, procedure and applicable timeframes are described in the Community Guidelines or through the Service interface.

The Service may allow users to create teams by inviting other users via individual referral links or similar invitation tools.

Team creation and participation are social and informational in nature and intended to increase user engagement.

ZERO may consider the activity of users within a team when calculating or displaying XRO. Such consideration does not constitute compensation, income, payment, or any proprietary right.

ZERO does not guarantee any amount of XRO for creating teams or inviting users.

ZERO may modify, suspend, or discontinue team and invitation functionality at any time without prior notice or compensation.

ZERO respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

ZERO does not conduct prior review of User Content for copyright or intellectual property violations. Responsibility lies with the user who posted the content.

If you believe that content within the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to: support@0network.xyz. The notice must include sufficient information to identify the alleged infringement and confirm your rights.

ZERO may remove or restrict access to content that it reasonably believes infringes intellectual property rights.

ZERO may restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". ZERO does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service or that defects will be corrected.

ZERO is not responsible for User Content or for actions or omissions of other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

ZERO may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, including without prior notice, where:

1. these Terms or the Community Guidelines are violated;
2. user actions threaten Service security or operation;
3. substantiated complaints or legal claims are received;
4. such measures are reasonably necessary to protect ZERO, users, or the Service.

Users may stop using the Service or delete their Account at any time where such functionality is available. Upon deletion of an Account at the user's request, any remaining XRO associated with the Account will no longer be available for use. Account deletion does not affect any statutory withdrawal or refund rights that may apply to XRO purchased by the user.

Termination does not release users from responsibility for violations committed prior to termination.

ZERO may amend these Terms at any time.

In the event of material changes affecting user rights or obligations, ZERO will provide advance notice through the Service or other reasonable means.

The updated Terms take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Users who do not agree may discontinue use.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union Member State in which ZERO is registered, excluding conflict of law rules.

Nothing in these Terms deprives users of mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
