This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") describes which personal data ZERO processes, for what purposes, on what legal grounds, how long such data is stored, and what rights users have.

ZERO acts as the data controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read and understood this Policy. Where separate consent is required by law (for example, for analytical cookies), such consent is requested separately through the Service interface.

ZERO processes only the data necessary for the operation of the Service as a social platform.

Account Data:

1. name or nickname;
2. email address;
3. age or date of birth, where voluntarily provided by the user as part of their profile;
4. selected account type;
5. authentication data (passwords are stored in a secure, encrypted form).

User Content and Activity:

1. photos, videos, texts, and posts;
2. comments and reactions, including likes and Super Likes;
3. data related to user actions within the Service (such as creating posts, comments, sending or receiving Super Likes, and logging into an account).

Private Messages and Chats:

1. message content, including text messages and voice messages, and related technical metadata (such as time of sending, message identifiers, and chat participants). ZERO does not conduct continuous or systematic monitoring of private messages but may access them in cases provided for by the Terms of Service and applicable law (for example, in response to complaints, violations, or to ensure security).

XRO Data (Activity Points)

1. information about the accrual, receipt, use, display, and modification of XRO, including through Super Likes;
2. data about user activity and/or the activity of members of the user's team that is taken into account when calculating XRO.

Important: XRO are internal activity points. They are not financial data, monetary funds, payment information, or financial assets.

Team and Invitation Data:

1. technical identifiers of invitations;
2. information about connections between users (inviter/invitee) for displaying teams and accounting for activity.

Technical Data:

1. IP address;
2. device and browser information;
3. operating system and interface language;
4. security and error logs.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Section 9 of this Policy.

ZERO may share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, security, and analytics providers) acting as data processors on ZERO's behalf.

If voluntary contributions are enabled, payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

ZERO does not sell users' personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.

Private messages and associated content are retained until they are deleted using the applicable message deletion functionality or are otherwise removed in accordance with applicable law or the Service rules. Accepting, declining, closing, hiding, or removing a chat from the interface does not, by itself, delete messages associated with that chat.

Where a user deletes an individual message using the applicable message deletion functionality, the message is permanently deleted from the Service. Where the deleted message contains a voice message, the associated audio file is also permanently deleted from the Service's storage.

User Content and private messages previously shared through the Service are not automatically deleted when an Account is deleted and may remain available within the Service, subject to applicable law and the user's data protection rights.

Following Account deletion, the deleted Account may be displayed using a generic or technical identifier instead of the user's previous profile information.

Records are retained for as long as necessary to maintain system integrity, resolve disputes and prevent abuse, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Security logs are stored for a limited period to prevent abuse and investigate incidents.

ZERO uses:

1. Strictly necessary cookies, which ensure the operation, authentication, and security of the Service;
2. Analytical cookies, which are used to analyze the use of the Service and are enabled only with the user's consent.

The Service does not use advertising or marketing cookies to track users.

Cookie Management

Users can manage cookies through the consent banner and/or browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may result in improper functioning of the Service.
