This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") describes which personal data ZERO processes, for what purposes, on what legal grounds, how long such data is stored, and what rights users have.

ZERO acts as the data controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.3.

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read and understood this Policy. Where separate consent is required by law (for example, for analytical cookies), such consent is requested separately through the Service interface.

2.What Data Zero Collects and Process

2.1.

Zero processes only the data necessary for the operation of the Service as a social platform.

2.2.

Account Data:

  1. name or nickname;
  2. email address;
  3. date of birth (if required for age verification);
  4. selected account type;
  5. authentication data (passwords are stored in a secure, encrypted form).
2.3.

User Content and Activity:

  1. photos, videos, texts, and posts;
  2. comments and reactions (likes);
  3. data related to user actions within the Service (such as creating posts, comments, and logging into an account).
2.4.

Private Messages and Chats:

  1. message content and related technical metadata (such as time of sending and chat participants). ZERO does not conduct continuous or systematic monitoring of private messages but may access them in cases provided for by the Terms of Service and applicable law (for example, in response to complaints, violations, or to ensure security).
2.5.

XRO Data (Activity Points)

  1. information about the accrual, display, and modification of XRO;
  2. data about user activity and/or the activity of members of the user's team that is taken into account when calculating XRO.

Important: XRO are internal indicators of user activity. They are not financial data, monetary funds, payment information, or financial assets.

2.6.

Team and Invitation Data:

  1. technical identifiers of invitations;
  2. information about connections between users (inviter/invitee) for displaying teams and accounting for activity.
2.7.

Technical Data:

  1. IP address;
  2. device and browser information;
  3. operating system and interface language;
  4. security and error logs.
2.8.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Section 9 of this Policy.

3.In the current version of the Service, ZERO does not process:

  1. payment or transaction data;
  2. transaction amounts or transaction history;
  3. bank details;
  4. AML / anti-money laundering data;
  5. cryptocurrency wallets or addresses;
  6. tax or business data of users.

4.Purposes of Data Processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. providing and maintaining the operation of the Service;
  2. creating and managing user accounts;
  3. publishing and displaying user content;
  4. operating chats and messaging features;
  5. ensuring security and preventing abuse;
  6. moderating content and enforcing Service rules;
  7. tracking user activity, including XRO and teams;
  8. improving the stability and functionality of the Service.

5.Legal Grounds for Processing (GDPR)

Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:

  1. performance of a contract (the Terms of Service);
  2. legitimate interests of ZERO (security, protection of the Service and users);
  3. user consent (for example, for analytical cookies);

6.Data Sharing with Third Parties

6.1.

ZERO may share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, security, and analytics providers) acting as data processors on ZERO's behalf.
