Violence and Threats

- calls for violence;
- justification or glorification of violence.
Hate and Discrimination
- hate speech or incitement to hatred;
- discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- insults or actions degrading human dignity.
Harassment and Abuse
- harassment, stalking, or intimidation;
- repeated or systematic insults;
- unwanted, intrusive, or abusive messages.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
- attempts to deceive other users;
- phishing or social engineering;
- dissemination of false information intended to cause harm.
Spam and Manipulation
- mass or unsolicited messaging;
- unauthorized automated actions;
- attempts to artificially inflate activity or engagement.
Intellectual Property Violations
- posting content without the necessary rights or permissions;
- repeated or systematic copyright infringement.
Circumvention and Abuse of the Service
- attempts to bypass technical or functional restrictions;
- exploitation of Service vulnerabilities;
- creation of multiple accounts to evade enforcement measures.
4.User Content
Users bear full responsibility for the content they post.
ZERO does not automatically endorse user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or reliability.
ZERO may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
5.Reporting Violations
If you believe that content or user behavior violates these Community Guidelines, you may submit a report by contacting:support@0network.xyz. Reports are reviewed within reasonable timeframes. ZERO does not guarantee a response to every report but considers all reports as part of its moderation process.
6.Moderation and Enforcement Measures
ZERO moderates content using:
- automated tools;
- manual review.
In the event of violations, ZERO may apply one or more of the following measures:
- removal or restriction of access to content;
- issuance of a warning;
- temporary restriction of account functionality;
- temporary suspension of an account;
- permanent termination of access to the Service;
- cancellation of XRO without compensation.
The specific measure applied depends on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation.
7.Appeals
In certain cases, users may be given the opportunity to appeal moderation decisions related to content or accounts.
Appeals may be submitted by contacting via support@0network.xyz.
ZERO reviews appeals at its discretion and is not obligated to reconsider every decision or provide an individual response to each appeal.
Decisions made following an appeal review are final within the Service.
8.User Safety and Protection
ZERO takes reasonable measures to promote user safety.
Users acknowledge that online communication cannot be entirely safe or confidential and interact with others at their own risk.
Users are encouraged to exercise caution and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information with third parties.
9.Changes to the Community Guidelines
ZERO may modify these Community Guidelines at any time.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication within the Service.
In the event of material changes, ZERO may notify users through reasonable means, including notices within the Service interface or related announcements.
